  10. Many people have commented about the FirstClass palette and how cryptic it can be. Some people have also asked for a horizontal palette.

  12. Attached are two Updater applications that add text to each palette button.  One version gives you a vertical palette (ala standard FirstClass); the other version is for those people who like their palettes to be horizontal.

  14. Whichever one you pick, these palettes are much easier to use and understand.  Let me know what you think.

  16. Instructions:
  17. 1. Run the updater application
  18. 2. Highlight a FirstClass settings file and click on “Select”
  19. 3. When the update is done, select another settings file or click on “Quit”

  21. Tip:  If you have multiple settings files, I recommend that you use the same palette for each one. There are a couple of reasons for this, the least of which is ease of use (you don’t want to have to have a different palette for every site).
